Coleg Llandrillo Cymru and Coleg Menai are working together to look at the possibility of merging the two Colleges in 2012. This would be a significant development for education and training in North Wales, bringing with it new opportunities for both Colleges.
The consultation process has now begun and you are invited by both Colleges to express your views.
Responses must be returned by no later than 31 October 2011.
The case for merger will be considered by the Merger Steering Group in November, in advance of presentation to the Corporation Boards of both institutions in December 2011. Following consideration by the respective Corporations, the full ‘case for merger’ will be submitted to the Welsh Government for Ministerial Approval in early January 2012.
