Committee Structure

The governing body has established the following main committees that report to the Corporation Board:

Audit & Risk Committee
to advise on matters relating to audit arrangements and systems of internal control Membership/Composition/Quorum Terms of Reference
Business & Economic Development Committee
to co-ordinate and advise on the College response to the needs of commerce and industry
Disciplinary & Grievance Appeals Committee
to provide an appeals mechanism for College staff and students against decisions taken under the disciplinary and grievance procedures of the College

Employment and Safety Committee

Governance & Standards Committee

Remuneration Committee

to advise on matters relating to finance and strategic planning
