The Academic Board

The Articles of Government state that the Academic Board is responsible for advising the Principal on the standards, planning, co-ordination, development and oversight of the academic work of the College, including arrangements for the admission, assessment and examination of students and the expulsion of students for academic reasons.

The currently approved membership scheme of the Academic Board allows for a total membership of twenty-six. Of this total, 10 are non-elected members of staff and the remaining sixteen members are nominated and elected by representative electoral groups of the college's full-time staff and students.
