Reply form and guest tickets request

Guest Tickets:

All graduands are automatically eligible for two guest tickets. Further tickets are available via completion of the appropriate section on your form. Please complete any additional ticket requests on the reply form by 3rd June 2011. You will not receive confirmation of additional tickets but all tickets will be posted to you the week prior to the ceremony.

Small Children:
Children of graduates and guests are welcome to attend the ceremony but we do ask if your child does cry that you do respect the enjoyment of the ceremony of others by leaving the auditorium.

Graduate's tickets will be issued on the morning of the ceremony at Venue Cymru when you register at the College's registration desk at Venue Cymru.

Seating

Guest seats are on a first come, first served basis. If you require special seating for anyone with access difficulties please complete on your reply form. These seats will then be labelled with your name ‘Guest of ______'. We will endeavour to seat these requests together. If your group is large, then we may have to only reserve for the person who requires special access plus one.
