Two tickets, any additional tickets may be requested on your reply form by 3rd June 2011 and these will be sent to you the week prior to the ceremony.
We suggest that you arrive from 10am onwards to allow time for registration (and collection of your own ticket), robing and photography. You need to ensure you take your seat in the Theatre by 12.45pm.
Guests should arrive from 12.00-12.30pm as seats are on a first come, first served basis.

There is a pay and display car park at Venue Cymru and on the promenade in Llandudno
Light meals and refreshments are available for purchase at Venue Cymru.
Something comfortable. For men we suggest trousers and shirt and tie at least. The hood of your gown will then have somewhere to be attached to. For ladies, against smart attire - it’s always easier to wear something that the hood can be attached to - with buttons.
Please bring a supply of hairgrips / safety pins for those outfits that need them.
Enjoy your day, this is a fantastic achievement and one you and your family and friends can be justifiably proud of.
Despite the signs in the Theatre at Venue Cymnru, yes you can take photographs, taking care not to get in the way of other graduates entering and exiting the stage.
RNID Signers will provide a signing service at the Theatre.
Welsh to English translation will be provided and headsets must be obtained and returned on entry and exit.
The ceremony commences at 1.00pm prompt and all graduates and guests should stay for the duration of the ceremony in fairness to other attendees. T he ceremony usually last from 1.5 hours to 2.15hours at the most.
You will not receive your official award certificate on the day of the ceremony. You will receive this by post in the next few months, following the ceremony.

As stated previously attendance at the ceremony and the subsequent release of your certificate is subject to the settlement and payment of all course fees / debts associated with the College (including library fees).
