Most people who access Llandrillo College sites and courses do not experience any problems. However, we do recognise that sometimes things can go wrong, and when it does we would like to know about it so that we can put it right.
We are committed to taking prompt action to ensure we achieve our aim of providing a high quality service. The aim of the Complaints Procedures is to give you a quick, but thorough response that answers all of your concerns properly.
The College annually reviews the nature and number of all official complaints by department and College site. The monitoring and review of complaints contributes to our process of self-assessment leading to an improved quality of service.
