The College’s largest campus is situated in Rhos-on-Sea. It offers a full range of courses from entry to postgraduate level, including full-time, part-time, day, evening, academic, vocational, work-based training, retraining, bespoke and degree courses.
The Rhos-on-Sea Campus has been extensively upgraded in recent years to provide enhanced teaching and learning facilities, extensive learning support facilities and student social and sporting areas.
Marine & Built Environment Centre (MBEC)
The MBEC, which opened in September 2009, provides state-of-the-art facilities for students studying Construction, Marine Technology and Sustainability & Renewable Energy courses.
The Renewable Energy & Sustainability Centre for Wales (RESCW) forms part of the MBEC. It provides local communities, businesses, schools and individuals with facilities for demonstrations, educational visits and seminars, as well as installer training and Continuous Personal Development (CPD) courses.
Institute of Health & Social Care
Opened in September 2010, the Institute complements the College’s existing Health & Care facilities and provides bespoke teaching accommodation for professional training & development for the Health & Care sector. These include an 8 bedded ward area, counselling training rooms, state-of-the-art IT facilities and a small lecture theatre.
The Lounge
New facilities opened in September 2010 offer an additional area for students to study, relax or talk to tutors or fellow students. They include a quiet study area with wifi, a relaxation area and café.
Sports Facilities
A new, full size, 3G artificial football pitch plus specialised area for rugby training opened in Autumn 2010, providing enhanced facilities for College and community use.
Advice & Guidance
The Student Services team provides specialised advice and support to students on a range of topics, including courses, finance, training, health & welfare, childcare and transport.
Hairdressing & Beauty Salons
A wide range of hairdressing, beauty and nail treatments and products are on offer at very reasonable prices, staffed by Hair & Beauty students.
IT Workshop
The IT Workshop provides a flexible drop-in facility, with IT help desk, CD-ROM, Internet, scanner, Desktop Publishing, video capture and colour printing facilities.
Learning Centre
One-to-one support with Maths, English, Essential Skills, study skills or presentation skills is available.

Places to Eat & Relax
The Campus has five different eating facilities, offering everything from healthy options, speciality coffees and traditional canteen food in Horizons to gourmet restaurant food. The Destinations and Orme View restaurants are both staffed by Hospitality students. The Student Lounge in the Sports Centre and the new Lounge near the front of the Campus provide areas to relax and chat.

All the services you would find at a high street travel agent are available at the College’s Travel Office, which Travel & Tourism students help to staff.
