Coleg Llandrillo recognises the value of each member of its community, the contribution to the enrichment of College life by students, staff, customers and governors and the equality of such a contribution.

The College has an Equality & Diversity Forum (sub-committee of Academic Board) with representation from all areas and sites of the College. Specific task and finish groups are established to work on specific issues/policies. Focus groups are held regularly with students and staff in order to gain their views and continuously improve our services. The College also has a Learning Support Consultative Committee which deals specifically with services for learners with disability and /or learning difficulties which includes representation from the College Board. The Board of the College receive regular updates on progress against action plans and take a specific interest in the accessibility and quality of the College's services to all.
