At this stage the Training Needs Analysis will be undertaken and a follow up visit arranged. Training will be carried out either at college premises or in the workplace. In the first phase of the project employers will be able to participate in a range of NVQs and short course pre determined by the partnership in association with the SSCs and local employers. During the lifetime of the project the offer will change in light of the needs and opportunities of the local labour market.
